AxiSentinel's core architecture is protected by three USPTO provisional patent filings, priority date June 6, 2026: the RegDef Architecture, the Cryptographic Evidence Chain, and the Live Certification Registry. All three were filed ahead of any government funding or SBIR application.
The RegDef architecture encodes regulatory requirements as machine-executable detection logic distributed to autonomous agents. Originally scoped across fourteen regulatory frameworks at filing; the live platform today runs against 47 RegDef packages spanning 21 jurisdictions, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and Colorado's AI statutes.
