AxiSentinel Autonomous AI Compliance Platform

Now Live -- Deploying Globally

What It Is

What AxiSentinel Is

AxiSentinel is live, deployed, and currently in private pilot -- a patented, autonomous monitoring architecture built specifically for continuous AI compliance evaluation. It is not It is not a dashboard that displays numbers someone typed in. It is a live evaluation engine: agents capture system telemetry, AxiSentinel evaluates it against the specific regulatory framework that applies, and any threshold breach becomes a Provisional Alert -- flagged, timestamped, and routed to a certified human auditor for review.

Nothing AxiSentinel flags becomes a compliance finding until a qualified auditor signs it.

How It Works

How a Finding Becomes a Certificate

01
Continuous Evaluation
AxiSentinel agents monitor client AI systems against the applicable regulatory framework, around the clock. A threshold breach generates a Provisional Alert -- not a finding, not a certification, a flag for human review.
02
Certified Human Review
A qualified AxiLayer AI auditor reviews the underlying evidence, validates or overrides the alert, and applies a cryptographic signature. This is the step where a flag becomes a legally meaningful finding.
03
Compliance Passport Issued
Once signed, the finding is committed to AxiLayer's cryptographic evidence chain and a Compliance Passport is issued -- tamper-evident, traceable, and built to hold up under regulatory scrutiny.
Independently Validated

Aligned with MAS's Own SAFR Framework

On July 3, 2026, the Monetary Authority of Singapore published “Safeguards for Agentic Finance at Runtime (SAFR)” under its BuildFin.ai initiative, proposing a governance checkpoint that sits between every AI agent's proposed action and its execution: verified against policy, then recorded, before anything is allowed to run. Steps 01 and 02 above already function as exactly this kind of pre-execution checkpoint. SAFR was published after AxiSentinel's own architecture was already built around this pattern, not the other way around.

Continuous by Design

The AI Audit Power Tool

Most compliance tools show you a snapshot. AxiSentinel runs continuously, which means the gap between "something changed in your AI system" and "someone qualified knows about it" shrinks from a quarterly review cycle to real time. Every alert AxiSentinel generates carries the specific regulatory citation it's evaluated against, the system it came from, and a full evidence trail -- so when a human auditor reviews it, they're reviewing evidence, not starting from scratch.

AxiSentinel Command Center access is limited to active pilot partners across the industries and regions AxiLayer AI serves. If your organization is ready to bring AxiSentinel into a live environment, request a briefing and we'll scope your first deployment together.

Intellectual Property

The Patents Behind It

AxiSentinel's core architecture is protected by three USPTO provisional patent filings, priority date June 6, 2026: the RegDef Architecture, the Cryptographic Evidence Chain, and the Live Certification Registry. All three were filed ahead of any government funding or SBIR application.

U.S. Patent Application Pending -- AXI-PAT-001

Regulation-Encoded Autonomous AI Compliance Agent

The RegDef architecture encodes regulatory requirements as machine-executable detection logic distributed to autonomous agents. Originally scoped across fourteen regulatory frameworks at filing; the live platform today runs against 47 RegDef packages spanning 21 jurisdictions, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and Colorado's AI statutes. Automatically updates when regulations change.

Platform Capabilities

Built for Regulated Enterprise and Government

AxiSentinel operates across every deployment environment where AI systems run -- cloud, on-premises, mobile, and classified air-gapped facilities.

Autonomous Continuous Monitoring

Intercepts every AI inference event. No sampling. No gaps. No human intervention required between regulatory updates.

Cryptographic Evidence Chain

Tamper-evident evidence chain, SHA-256 hashing paired with ECDSA-P256 signing, links every audit record to the one before it. Evidence is defensible on day one.

Human Oversight Gap Detection

Tracks human involvement in AI-driven decisions at the point of evaluation and feeds it into AxiSentinel's oversight-gap scoring model, so a human being in the loop is something you can show evidence for, not just claim.

Air-Gap and Classified Support

The .axibatch binary format enables continuous audit evidence generation in disconnected and classified environments with no network connectivity required.

47+ Regulatory Frameworks, 21 Jurisdictions

RegDef packages currently encode obligations across 47 regulatory frameworks spanning 21 jurisdictions globally, including:

  • EU AI Act
  • NIST AI RMF
  • ISO/IEC 42001
  • ISO/IEC 23894
  • Colorado ADMT Act (SB 26-189)
  • NYC Local Law 144
  • SR 11-7
  • ECOA
  • HIPAA
  • South Korea AI Basic Act
  • China Intelligent Agents Regulation (CAC/NDRC/MIIT)
  • Singapore IMDA Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI
  • OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI Applications
  • Colorado Neural & Biometric Data Act (HB24-1058)
  • California Neural Data Protections (SB 1223)
  • NERC CIP-013 (Critical Infrastructure Supply Chain)
  • ISO 10218 (Industrial Robot Safety)

New jurisdictions are added by encoding new RegDef packages, without modifying deployed agents.

Certification Registry, Built Into the Architecture

AXI-PAT-003 defines a compliance-conditional certificate state machine -- the architecture behind a real-time, OCSP-equivalent status check for any AxiSentinel-monitored system. It's next on the build roadmap now that the evidence chain and RegDef engine are live; ask your AxiLayer AI representative for the current rollout timeline.

Agentic AI Governance Monitoring

As AI systems shift from generating outputs to taking autonomous action, calling tools, and coordinating with other agents, RegDef packages extend to agentic-specific governance frameworks, evaluating tool permissions, action logs, escalation protocols, and inter-agent communication against emerging autonomous-AI oversight standards.

Physical & Embodied AI Monitoring

Extends continuous evaluation to embodied and physical AI systems, including industrial robotics and autonomous machinery, evaluating AI decision-making against both AI-specific governance frameworks and established physical safety standards for equipment operating near human workers.

Agent Observability, Not Just Agent-Powered Monitoring

Most AI governance tools use AI agents to check regulatory boxes. AxiSentinel does the opposite: it observes how your own AI agents behave, in production, against the regulations that actually apply to them. This is a distinct layer from general-purpose AI process observability, it's built specifically to answer one question: is this agent doing what the regulation requires, right now.

Regulatory frameworks for autonomous AI agents are emerging worldwide, from the EU to South Korea to China. AxiSentinel's human-sign-off architecture, requiring a certified auditor to cryptographically approve every Compliance Passport, was designed from the outset to meet exactly this kind of oversight requirement, wherever in the world it takes shape.

Performance

Engineered for Real-Time Compliance

Continuous compliance only works if it keeps pace with production AI. AxiSentinel evaluates, signs, and broadcasts at machine speed, so evidence is generated in line with each AI decision rather than reconstructed afterward.

AI Security

Compliance and Active AI Threat Defense in One Platform

AxiSentinel does more than record what an AI system did -- it watches for the ways AI systems are attacked and degraded. The same agent that generates compliance evidence also defends the model stack against manipulation, poisoning, and drift.

Adversarial Input Detection

Identifies and blocks manipulated or spoofed inputs to perception and decision AI before they can corrupt a model's output.

Model-Update Poisoning Prevention

Every model update is re-certified against all applicable frameworks before deployment is authorized, so a poisoned update never reaches production.

Model-Drift and Guardrail Detection

Catches model drift and guardrail breaches in real time -- surfaced and evidenced before they would ever appear in a regulatory review.

AI Phishing and Behavioral Auditing

Monitors the full AI stack for phishing attempts and anomalous agent behavior, extending compliance monitoring into active threat intelligence.

Synthetic Media & Identity Assurance

Extends behavioral monitoring to detect AI-generated synthetic media, including voice cloning and deepfake video used in impersonation and social-engineering attacks against AI systems and the organizations operating them.

Deployment

Deploys Where Your AI Systems Run

AxiSentinel's AXI-Node agent deploys in your environment without modification to your AI system's core components. Read-only. Lightweight. No vendor lock-in.

Built to Fit Your Systems

Configured Per Institution, Not Shipped as One Fixed Pipeline

Every layer of AxiSentinel is designed to be scoped to your own environment: which systems report telemetry, which RegDef packages apply to which business unit, and how findings route to your own compliance team, defined together during onboarding rather than assumed in advance. Role-based access, light and dark modes, and support across eight languages today, with more in active development, are already live. Customization isn't a roadmap promise, it's the way the platform is built to be deployed from day one. The same architecture that monitors a federal benefits system monitors a trading desk's model or a hospital's diagnostic AI -- what changes is which RegDef packages are switched on. See how that plays out by industry below.
